Extended Summer Sessions at Baskerville School

Baskerville School students have an opportunity as part of Birmingham’s Happy Healthy Holidays program to attend extended summer sessions where they can enjoy sports, games and healthy food.  The scheme runs 22-26 July at the school in Harborne.

Baskerville School is a special school for students aged 11 to 19 years, with autistic spectrum disorders and complex difficulties.  Happy Healthy Holidays is a scheme funded by Department of Education and organised by Sport Birmingham, The Accord Group and the Active Wellbeing Society to give city children physical activity and healthy food during the summer break.  These partners have worked with the Children’s Quarter co-operative and its member groups to ensure that children and young people with additional needs are included and can take part.

Details of the extended sessions – which are only open to students at the school are attached.
