Fit for All is the programme of inclusive school-holiday sessions run by Children’s Quarter members at Easter, Summer and Christmas. These sessions are funded in part from the government’s HAF fund and provide physical activities, play, youth activities, sport and games and a healthy meal to children and young people:
- with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
- who are vulnerable for other reasons
- and who are eligible for Free School Meals.
This online briefing on Wednesday 24 October at 10am is for any group that is interested in being part of the Winter delivery of Fit for All which runs from Monday 19 December – Friday 30th December 2022. You don’t have to be a member of CQ to take part – just book a place below or let us know you’d like to join in with an email or a social media message and we’ll get you the Zoom link.
If you are a CQ member and we’re in the process of working with you to get a proposal in for HAF funding, then please also come along if you want to check out any details or need advice on any aspect of whats planned.
Most Fit for All sessions are in Birmingham (and are therefore part of the Bring it On Brum initiative), but we can support projects in other parts of the West Midlands.
