Friday 7 July 2023 9.15am-lunchtime at All Saints Centre, Kings Heath, Birmingham B14 7RA
CQ is a co-operative: it depends on members’ involvement and holds Members’ Meetings throughout the year. The Annual Meeting gives member groups the chance to:
hold the elected Board to account and to vote in Directors to represent them for the next year
look at and question the co-op’s finances, projects and the way it is run
raise issues that they want to see the co-op address.
Guests and non-members are also welcome at our Annual Meeting, but only members can vote.
Here is the Annual Meeting AGENDA (as a PDF). The draft accounts for 2022/23 and the Minutes of the last Annual Meeting have been sent to members. If you need a set please request them below.
You can also use the form below to nominate someone to serve as a Director on the CQ board and to submit a motion for discussion at the Annual Meeting.
The business part of the AGM is followed by Head Space – it’s like a conference, but one where you meet interesting, friendly people and learn amazing things you can use, including:
- The Benefits of Risk – with play activist and trainer, Sue Smith
- Playful Communication: non-verbal exchange – with Open Theatre
- Making Sensory Spaces – with members of the Glue Collective
- Fit for All – a briefing for delivering our shared holiday programme
A performance by The Wellbeing Choir, led by jazz artist Martin Trotman; and AG Magicians who promise to play with your perception!
Please book a place at the Annual Meeting below and let us know you want to stay to Head Space – so we can make sure there’s enough lunch to go round.
