ATHAC Summer Sessions in Short Heath

ATHAC (Access to Heritage, Arts and Culture) is delivering sessions for children and young people with additional needs this summer as part of Birmingham’s Happy Healthy Holidays program.

ATHAC – a social enterprise which is a member of the Children’s Quarter Co-operative – has more than 15 years experience of breaking down the barriers facing disabled children and their families. The summer sessions at the Oasis Academy, Short Heath combine physical and creative play, art opportunities and healthy eating.

ATHAC Summer Sessions in Short Heath are on 26 and 29 July and 2, 9, 16, 20, 25, 27 August.  They are part of the inclusive services enabled by Children’s Quarter working with the Happy Healthy Holidays program – which is run by Sport Birmingham, Accord Group and The Active Wellbeing Society and is funded by the Department for Education.
